Hi, I’m Monica.

I’ve spent over 20 years designing spaces, events, and homes that feel beautiful, functional, and truly lived-in. From owning an interior design company to running an event floral and design business to then transitioning into staging 5 homes a month, my work has always centered on one simple belief: I was put on this earth to make life more beautiful.

Friends and family often call me their go-to handywoman, the person who can reimagine a room, fix what’s broken, pull together a gathering, or figure out how to make something work beautifully on a real-life budget. I love the process of transformation, whether that’s styling a home, flipping a house, planning a celebration, or helping someone see new potential in what they already have.

I’m also a lifelong foodie and passionate home cook, raised around the energy and creativity of my mom's restaurant kitchens. My personal rule is simple: try it twice... you might be surprised the second time. That philosophy shapes everything I do, from food and hosting to DIY projects, gardening, and design.

After more than 20 years as an interior designer, event planner, and hands-on creative, I've learned that the most beautiful spaces and meaningful experiences don’t come from excess. They come from careful listening, thorough analysis, thoughtful choices, practical solutions, and understanding how individual preferences come together as a cohesive whole...  knowing what’s worth the time, money, and effort.

 Some of the most rewarding moments in my career was watching clients walk into a finished home, room, or event and feel an immediate sense of joy... seeing something they couldn’t quite visualize on their own suddenly come to life. That feeling came from taking the time to understand their likes, dislikes, lifestyle, and priorities, then thoughtfully bringing those elements together in a way that felt natural, intentional, and personal. 

Everything you see here is curated through that lens. I look for ideas, tools, and products that make everyday life easier, more enjoyable, and more intentional, whether that’s a kid-friendly DIY that won’t create chaos, a hosting solution that simplifies gatherings, or decor that feels timeless rather than trendy.
